The MW1 chapter will be transitioning to the passmember.net email addresses for everyone beginning January 1, 2009.

The data management of the email addresses will be much easier to handle with all of the addresses being in the same format.  Every member has been given a passmember.net email address as part of being a member of PASS.

We understand that some of you may not use your passmember.net email, and we have taken that into consideration.  There will be a little work on your part initially, but after that, everything should be smooth sailing.

Here is what you will need to do: 

If you do not know your passmember.net information, you will need to call PASSNATIONAL and obtain it. You can call them at 202-293-7277. 

From there you will need to log into your account, and set up the automatic forwarding option. This is where your incoming emails to the passmember.net address are automatically forwarded to the email address of your choice, (xyz@yahoo.com, pbr@fastnet.com, mhl@hotmail.com, etc) This will allow you to continue to use your 'normal' email address and still allow us to simplify our ability to communicate with you.

1. Log into your PASSMEMBER.NET account.

2. Click on SETTINGS.

3. Click on INCOMING EMAIL.

4. Click on FORWARDING TAB.

5. Click STATUS to ON.

6. Enter the email address you would like your email forwarded to ( whatever@whoever.com )

7. That's it!!
